The chicken steams perfectly – staying moist while the stuffing stays juicy with an added burst of savory richness from the olives.

Ingredients
- 1ea white onion, finely minced
- 1lbs ground turkey
- 1/2lbs ground pork
- 1hd celery, finely minced
- 1can @pearls_olives ripe black pearls
- 1tb parsley. chopped
- 1tb rosemary, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 4 eggs
- 2cups sourdough bread, cubed
- Baked 375F for 2.5 hours
