Mixed Olive Charcuterie

Whether you’re hosting a party or just attending one, you can’t go wrong by adding olives to your favorite meat or cheese plate. Create a beautiful charcuterie board in 3 easy steps!
Ingredients
- Pearls Specialties Kalamata Olives
- Pearls Specialties Garlic Stuffed Queen Olives
- Pearls or Early California Black Ripe Olives
- 3 cured types of meat: Prosciutto, Aged Salami, Dry Cured Chorizo
- 3 kinds of cheese: 1 soft cheese, 1 dry hard cheese (ex. Parmesan), 1 semi-firm cheese
- Grapes or other dried fruits
- Fresh Figs, sliced
- Cornichon
- Marcona almonds or preferred nut
- Honey
- Coarse-Ground mustard
- Sliced baguette
- Large Wooden board or serving tray
- Toothpicks in a toothpick holder, for serving
- Small spoon & spreader knife
- 4 different sized ramakins or bowls
Cooking Instructions
1. In separate different sized ramakins or small finger bowls for each, place the mix of olives, Cornichon, honey, and mustard in them and assemble all over the board. Including the toothpick holder
2. Assemble cheeses all over the board, then the cured meats, all unwrapped, in various spots with different pops of colors next to each other
3. Use the almonds/nuts, grapes/dried fruits, figs, and sliced baguette to fill in gaps at the end, spreading different colors around the board
