Pearls Holiday Olive Wreath

Adorned with festive colors, craveable snacks and a bevy of beautiful olives, this wreath is the perfect starter for your holiday feast.

Ingredients

  • Fesh herbs on the stem – such as rosemary, dill, basil leaves, and thyme
  • 1 jar Pearls Castelvetrano Olives, drained
  • 1 jar Pearls Garlic Stuffed Olives, drained
  • 1 jar Pearls Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives, drained
  • 1 jar Pearls Olive Medley, drained  Calamata olives
  • 1 can Pearls Extra Large Ripe Black Olives, drained
  • 8 ounces pickled beets, cut in half
  • 4 ounces Italian Dry Salami, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces Parmesan cheese, broken into small chunks
  • 2 ounces Smoked Almonds
  • Zest of 1 orange

Cooking Instructions

  1. On a large round serving platter or wooden board, layer the herbs in a circle to create the outline of the ring.
  2. Place the olives randomly on the herbs, nestling in the beets, sliced salami, and Parmesan chunks and almonds.
  3. Finish with freshly grated orange zest.
